Great location, right by the beach with walking distance to town. The apartment itself was to die for, with a fantastic balcony to take in the views. We got to watch the sunrise every morning, and it was absolutely breathtaking.

The property could use some improvements. The apartment wasn't cleaned properly and had paint patches on the door.

The rooms at Peninsula Apartments Managed By Gchs are amazing! Each unit has a balcony with beautiful city views, and the fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking meals. The seating area is cozy and the private bathrooms are modern and clean.

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the apartment to be a bit lacking. However, I understand that others might not be bothered by it.

I have nothing to complain about, would book again because it’s ideal for us. Thank you for this WONDERFUL experience on holidays. The apartment has great and beautiful near the Main Beach between 4-9 pm on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

The garden with a barbecue was a great spot to impress my friends with my grilling skills. I absolutely loved having a dishwasher that made me feel like a fancy chef. The children's playground kept the little monsters occupied while I enjoyed some peace and quiet.

I was thrilled to find out that the primary works were due to be completed by end April. Nothing like a construction soundtrack to relax and unwind during my vacation.

The location of the apartment was excellent, with various restaurants, shops, and a tram stop nearby. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and provided amazing views of the Hinterland, River, and Main Beach to Broadbeach. The furniture was comfortable, and the large TVs in both the living room and bedroom were a plus. The apartment also had convenient access to the carpark, with multiple lifts and baggage trollies available.

The outdoor pool and certain facilities experienced some maintenance issues, but they did not significantly affect our overall experience.
